No. You can plan and optimise routes straight away without signing in. Create a free account when you want to save routes, sync across devices, or export PDFs.
The Free plan supports up to 10 stops per route with 25 optimisations to get started. Pro removes those limits — see the pricing page for details.
Yes. Agents use it to sequence property viewings, open homes, and appraisals so they spend less time driving and more time with clients. You can set a duration per stop and pin a fixed start or end point.
Yes. Pin any stop as your start or end point in the stop settings before optimising — the AI keeps it in place and orders everything else around it.
We use real road distances and your chosen start time, plus the visit duration and buffer you set for each stop, so the schedule reflects a realistic drive rather than straight-line estimates.
Once a route is optimised you can export a PDF summary with the stop list, arrival times, and a printable map. Pro users can also share a route link directly with colleagues or clients.
